Founder & Lead Pastor
A renowned prophetic voice and apostolic leader, Prophet Dr. Effa Emmanuel is the founder of World Royal City Church and a co-founder of The Evangelical Ark Mission. He also serves as the Director of the Grand Renaissance Institute and leads the Pastors Support Network (PSN), a global initiative empowering pastors for effective ministry. With a mandate to raise kings, priests, and prophets, he is known for his accurate prophecies, powerful teachings, and a deep passion for transforming lives through the Word and Spirit of God.

Pastor Elis Effa serves alongside her husband as Co-Pastor of World Royal City Church. A dynamic minister of the gospel, she leads with grace, wisdom, and a nurturing spirit that impacts families and women across nations. She oversees the Women and Family Empowerment Ministry, inspiring believers to walk in faith, purpose, and excellence. Her ministry reflects compassion, prayer, and a heart devoted to building strong homes and godly communities.
